First 12 second time slip in 06!
Got my first 12 second time slip in my 06 automatic last night. 12.907 @ 104.87 mph. Sure a lot slower than my 98 Camaro was but fun.
Here's what it takes: C&L Race intake, SCT Pro Racer tuner w/tuning by me and Mike at Superchips, Granatelli radiator support, Power House aluminum driveshaft, CMCV deletes, MRT catted H pipe, an ASP underdrive pulley and an Addco rear anti-sway bar.
Here's what it doesn't take: I still have the factory 3.31 gear, torque converter, exhaust manifolds, mufflers, tail pipes and tires.
The C&L intake was worth .33 seconds. I reinstalled my factory air box before I left the track and slowed to a 13.241 @ 103.19 mph. Both intakes were tuned with the SCT. Traction was good on all passes.
