We have shorty headers for the 05-06 Mustang GT here www.neweraperformanceparts.com in the mustang section , they are t-304 stainless steel and fit mint and are very high quality .

If looking for long tubes Kooks have my vote, and back to back testing the kooks supplied cats we only lost 3 hp as opposed to the off-road

If I was you i would go with Kooks or Bassani mids. I have hooker super comps on my 96 cobra and they had fitment problems and they leak pretty bad.

The Hookers on my '01 GT had me beating my floorboard in and bending the primaries around the steering shaft.

from the test in M&SF a few months back shorties are as worthless as they are on an LS1 motor.
flowtech was supposedly going to have a set of longtubes out for about $400 but I can't seem to find them now
