How much improvement (track or dyno) have you guys seen with headers on a 3-valve GT?

it seems on a dyno typical gains are about ~25hp, not 100% sure about tq.

from tests I've seen shorties are pretty much worthless. less than 5hp gain.
I'll be putting some longtubes or mac mid-length on the 05 soon, I hope. I'll update when I do.
