This is designed for stock Ford radios that are satellite radio ready (have the SAT button). I bought this for my wife's '04 Mustang GT with the Mach 460 stereo (in dash CD changer). It provides a right and left RCA input so that you can connect just about any external audio device to your stock head unit. We used it for her XM radio and it worked great.
