what would an 03 gt with ported stocks heads and a mild street cam....mild like you cant even hear it...and exhaust run in the quarter?

my buddy has a stock 03 gt with cool air intake and borla, he ran twice and the best time was 13.64 but that was with trac control.. i dont know if that helps... my guess with a mild cam maybe 13flat, tip top12's faster without tracktion control... ?
