Nice numbers bro, can't wait to see what it does at the track.

1989 Mustang GT...GT40 Irons, Edelbrock, Performer, TFS Stage 1, BBK LT, O/R X, Dynomax Ultra Flows, A1000 inspired fuel system, S-Trim 10 psi...488 rwhp and 475 rwtq

Ive got a T-Trim now at approximatly 18-20#s of boost so Im sure its a little higher and a lot more dangerous now.

Swang 04-02-2006 10:55 PM

you all are gonna laugh...

96 GT
O/R H and magnapacks along with a K&N drop in
205hp 227 tq...but i got it to run a 14.7 with sticky tires and a steeda rear sway bar...

 Thats crazy.

Are there alot of miles on it?

Swang 04-05-2006 10:40 PM

no, had 70k on it when dyno-ed. the non pi's were weak. but it got to run really well for that little horse on the highway.

Steve-099xlt 04-05-2006 10:53 PM

This is true, and makes sense.

383ss 04-16-2006 09:29 AM

STOCK 05 mustang. kind of a freak.

http://mofbody.com/john/05BaselineS.jpg

BLKWS.6 04-16-2006 03:04 PM

That looks like a normal stock 05 GT M5 dyno to me...

383ss 04-16-2006 06:54 PM

I hadn't seen any other stock M5's put down 275. most seem to be in the 260's

BLKWS.6 04-16-2006 07:22 PM

Hrmmm, i saw 280 in MMFF one time. maybe its a magazine dyno...

01steeda 04-19-2006 10:41 PM

Ok well youll be able to see by the dyno, but my car is having some PCM troubles managing fuel and is pulling timing yada yada, we are working on that now so this isnt a final graph.

289.7 HP and 297.7 TQ

01 GT vert
u/d pullies, patriot stage 2 heads and stage 2 cams
Mac Lt's, Mac O/R H and weld in flows.
I know I need some intake mods.. but this is decent for stock airbox
prolly should see 295 or so once the pcm prob is fixed and with the intake stuff should go over 300.

http://members.cox.net/pitbull23/dyno2897.jpg

I am pretty pleased considering with all the problems the heavy azz car has run 13.007 at 106.8 and with a 1.96 60. should see some 12.8's or so with better gription. track numbers are more important to me than a dyno either way.. but the dyno is a great tool. it is the main reason we found this surging problem.

blackfang 04-20-2006 04:30 AM

August 2004- 1997 Mustang Cobra, K&N, mac o/r h pipe, Magnaflow dumps, steeda shifter, 4.30 gears, all else is stock and 2 bad front O2 sensors

blackfang 04-20-2006 11:50 AM

I would host it via webhosting account. www.mustangmods.com is free to host pictures.

I have a tube chassis drag mustang based on a 95 svt cobra

its a gusseted tube chassis NHRA certified to 6.5 sec. passes

for a drivetrain it runs a stock ford 460 truck block and bottom end. I get this from my buddies wrecking yard for between 100-200 a piece... I pull them apart and rebuild each one. I have 7 in the shop right now, and 3 on stands.

It runs a custom grind turbo cam, and custom aluminum canted valve heads.

For induction it runs a dual styage Accel DFI setup... with dual redundant computerized fuel and ignition controllers. It uses the first stage for staging and burnout (max 8 psi) and both stages paired for the run.... (14-32 psi) I am always trying new setups on this to see what works... its sort of a test mule, and sorta my toy. It runs twin HKS T51R KAI 1.00 AR Ball bearing turbos. (VERY BIG!!) It also runs a direct port 150 shot by holley that is used at launch to get the turbos moving. In its life it has been through three different variations of nitrous setups, and 3 different single turbo setups, and now this is the 4th setup of twin turbos I have run on this car.

All the power is filtered through a richmond 5 sp manual with a hardened straight cut gearset. It uses dog ring engagement so clutchless powershifts are not a problem. A wild ride though!!! sometimes gets sideways going into 3rd

NEW SETUP HAVE NOT DYNO'D IT YET....

RIGHT NOW IT IS POLICE IMPOUND (LONG STORY) :( ONCE I GET IT BACK IT WILL HIT DYNO

EDIT: HOPING TO HIT 1400-1600 H.P. IF TEH BLOCK WILL TAKE IT

OLD SMALLER SETUP RUNNING CONSERVATIVE GOT 1002 HP, AND SOMEWHERE AROUND 980 LB FT

BUT I GOTTA BE CAREFUL THE STOCK BOTTOM ENDS ARE A LITTLE WEAK.... i MAY HAVE TO BUILD ONE TO GET PAST 1100
