If you can call it a heat shield, yes it does come with one. Not sure how much heat it is shielding. It's a simple made flat piece of plastic. All these "CAI" are still pulling in hot under hood air so I'm not convinced that any kind of shield is going to work unless it totally shields from under hood air. The factory air box pulls under hood air.
