Caster/Camber plate install

Caster/Camber plate install
I have some QA1 4-bolt CC plates sitting in my pile o' parts to install on my car. Does anyone have a how-to on these things, or some pictures or anything that could help me with the install? It's not something I'll be able to get to any time soon, but I'm trying to formulate a plan of attack for all the mods I have building up.
Also, does anyone know if these will work with a coilover conversion? Just outta curiosity...
