Trouble-shooting a P304 problem that keeps coming back. Thought I would check out the wiring to to PCM to the injectors to be sure it's not a wiring
problem. Change the plug wiring, rotor and rotor cap, and plugs. Change the PCM out and retune to crankshaft. Even change the crankshaft sensor. Truck runs but misses. Pulled plug wire #1 plug to see if it would go to P301, but instead it when to P300 code. Which is mult-missfires. So, now I change the fuel injectors after trying to clean them didn't help. Couldn't drive the truck
more then a mile and would load up with no getup. When I changed the injectors, I now can drive the truck to work, but P304 code stays on.
Any help would be great. This truck is a 1998 Silveado Z71 with 5.7 engine with engine code R.
