Default tips to get motor to spin

i just picked up a 1969 mustang coupe with a 302, c4, 9 inch. its been sitting in a driveway for 14 years and hasnt been started at all. besides there being many problems with it such as it doesnt roll, its got floorboards that are rusted to all hell and nothing happens when you put a battery on it......

the motor doesnt spin when you put a breaker bar on the crank bolt....actually the crank bolt only loosened. what do you suggest to spray in the cylinders to lube it up a little and maybe break it free? i just wanna see if i can get it started and maybe rebuild the motor when i pull it out, if not its no big deal. ive heard PB blaster....or a concotion and trans fluid and other stuff.

If it's been sitting for that long, it's not going to turn over, yank that baby out and start unbolting stuff.
