Best Oil for 5.0 Engine?

Default Best Oil for 5.0 Engine?
It says to use 10W-30 in the manual, but I use German Castrol 0W-30 in my T/A and was wondering if that would be a good choice for this car?

When I had mine anywhere near stock I just ran what the lil book tells me.
