The Liverniois car is running, but I don't think they have had it to the track yet with the new F1 setup. :drive: Yeah I have been keeping up with this Livernois Head. They dont flow more than the 4V, but I am hearing the Variable cam timing (if a solution to make it work on pre 05 computers comes available) will be flat awesome. From what I was told the 3V heads are pushing the 300cfm mark.. not quite there but close. |
MM&SF just did an article on the Fox Lake heads.
here are the flow #'s lift - i - e .100 - 87 - 60 .200 - 168 - 109 .300 - 224 - 140 .400 - 245 - 174 .500 - 259 - 190 .550 - 263 - 198 .600 - 266 - 204 not bad for $1400. they picked up 28hp and 5lbft at the wheels for a total of 315/321. other mods included !CMRC, X-pipe, underdrive pulley and JBA mufflers. kinda dumb to put heads on a car with stock cam and no headers if you ask me, but still a nice gain. I could see an agressive h/c combo with all the bolt-ons doing 400rwhp :) |
