Default Comp cams for 3V seem small

Looking at the new Comp cams available for our 3V. Seems as the max lift available is .490. And not a lot of duration with the intake at 222. Is our piston to valve interference the problem? The LS1s have huge cams compared to these.

the duration sounds like its where it should be. 60 cubes less than an ls1 makes a BIG difference. lift doesn't seem too low, but I see what you mean.

you also have to take into account that there is variable cam timing in play here and CompCams worked that concept into these cams. They are advertising 25rwhp coupled with the right tune. That isnt too bad.
