Default cams....

looking for some cams for my Cobra. but Im concerned that the cost out weighs the gain. Need a little input from my boys.

Should I get them or save my $$$ for a whipple.

While I don't have any actual experience with these cars, from what I have read, cams are not really worth the money unless you upgrade the supercharger, or switch to turbo. Like I said though, I'm inexperienced with these cars, so take what I say lightly.

Your cobra has a nice set of blower cam's on it now, I'd vouch for the upgraded supercharger, and cam's later. They will compliment each other nicely.

I was going to say the same thing. For the money vs gain, go with a s/c upgrade. Then if you still want more power maybe cams then. A s/c shoudl not effect drivability, cams may seeing how they will change the idle a little.

Get the Whipple!!

Don't get me wrong, you're going to need a re flash tune with the blower, as well as with the cam's to get the car to run right, I say both, it'd be killer, but a bit costly.

Everyone says to stay away from the HP products, Try a nice Hellion setup http://www.hellionpowersystems.com/ they are around the same cost, and I've seen nothing but positive things about them.
