Default Power locks and windows

Has anyone changed out their power lock actuators? Mine are no longer working, so I got new ones and I was wondering how much I'd gotten myself in for. Also, is it possible to use bolts instead of rivets?

Also, I got a new drivers side window to install. Am I crazy to think about doing this myself?

Its not that tough, and you can use bolts - just make sure to use nylock nuts so they don't back out
