Default identifying mystery part

Going thru my box of crappy stuff, I found a smaller box that has a Ford tensioner in it; ZZP sent it to me when i was doing my cam install for w/e random reason. Anyways, I'm trying to sell it, but since I have no idea what Ford it specifically belongs to, I can't even give it away to someone.

Here's what it is

And here's the box it came in

I looked on the Cloyes website, but couldn't find any hints/clues.

Its definitely a cam chain guide/tensioner. Not a factory part looks like an aftermarket replacement for a 2v/4v.
