unless you have swapped in a EEC-V comptuer, the 1995 mustang GT's and Cobras are not OBD2. However, that does not mean you are out of luck for tuning. Any SCT Custom tuning dealer can provide you with a chip for that vehicle.
The 1994+ V6 mustang are OBD2 however.
