what back spacing to run

what back spacing to run
i need to buy some lightweight weels for my 92 notchback,
only problem is i have no clue what sizes, offset and tire size to get.
for a 4 lug rearend , what would the wheel offset and width be for a 15 inch wheel??
for a 5 lug off a 94 , would the information be the same?
how about the fronts?
and what size slick can i fit in the back, assuming i have upper and lower control arms and that i removed the horizontal shocks?
