Default track results after the PI converter

Went to the track last night not really looking to do to well due to the 1900+ DA, but I ended up doign alright. My best pass of the evening went like this:

60' - 1.983
330' - 5.592
1/8 - 8.593
MPH - 82.29
1000' - 11.177
1/4 - 13.386
MPH - 101.61

DA corrected, that comes to a 13.10 @ 103.7

My best 60' of the evening was a 1.96, I was on stock Pirelli's at normal pressure.

I could only stall up to about 2800-2900 without spinning, once I got around 3000 it would spin off the line and I would get back in the high 2.0x arena.

I am gonna get on some tires, getting longtubes, and getting retuned, then I will be heading back out for the 12. I can't wait to get in some good weather and see how deep I can go.

If your tires are slipping then you really haven't given that converter a chance to shine yet. Let us know when you get some tires how it improves.

What was the DA on your 13.46 pass?

I don't know what the DA was on my .46 pass, it was late Nov. of last year, though. I know I am not taking full advantage of the converter and trust me, I want to get on tires.

I can see that the converter has done quite a bit for you. You mph is down which tells me the DA was a lot worse since the converter. Converters don't do much for mph. And you are spinning. That's a good sign!

It's time for Hoosier QTPs or some ET Streets.

I am guessing the DA is way up since the .46 pass. I am gonna order some 17" ET Street Radials in the next few weeks. I have some near dead Nitto's I will be running on that I got for free from a friend and will be putting the longtubes in here in the next few weeks. I hope to get the 60's down in the 1.7x or better range and the mph up closer to 104.5-105. This in better weather, of course.
