Question How accurate is your 05-06 Tach?

Just curious, but how fast/accurate are the new Mustang tachs? Mine ('06) seems to be a little slow. Anyone else notice?

Also, what rpm is the actual rev-limiter kicking in?

Thanks,
Tony

For my automatic which I would assume would be the same as your standard the rpm limiter is set at 6375 or 6250. 6375 with rev limit 0 on, 6375 with rev limit neutral 0 on, 6250 with rev limit on and 6250 with throttle engine speed limit. What ever all this means!

The low fan setting is 216 degrees. These engines sure run warm. High speed fan 228.

Not sure about the tach accuracy. I'll have to run a log and find out.

I can give you any information you need from the factory bin file.
