Default Converters...Lockup or Non Lockup??

ok guys, I'm putting a 4r70w in my 03 Cobra and converter type is holding back my ordering!!!

here is a breakdown...car is 50% street/50% track, averaging 5-8k miles a year.

t-56 numbers were 500/500 on blower and 550/600 on a 60 shot.

want to do a trans brake and manual vb, looking at Lentech for the tranny.

do I want lockup or non lockup??

whay if the car was turbo and making 700/700?? (possibly next year)
