Cool Pics - 20" Axis GT-R wheels on '06 GT

Here is my Wife's Mustang GT. We just installed the new wheels today, they are Axis GT-R in 20x9.5 front, 20x10.5 rear. 255 Nittos up front, 285 Nittos on the rear. Silver spokes with machined lips.

Next up? Installing the BMR lowering springs and STS turbo system.

Tony

Normally I love your cars Tony. You have great taste, but I'm not feeling those
wheels for some reason. Maybe the pics don't do them justice or
something? They remind me of the old school Iroc wheels.
Sorry...just posting my opinion.

I do like the fact that you went with 20's. The new 'stangs have big fender
wells and suck up a 20" wheel like nothing. They look right at home in there...and
it'll look even better when lowered.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of the wheels either. I can't put my finger on what I don't like about them.. Maybe its the enclosed centers, as I like exposed lugs. Or maybe the spoke profile is too "stock" looking and I expected you to go really flashy

I like the exposed lugs too...and I think the "spokes" are too thick and
boxy (<---new word ) or something.

That silver stang is a nice looking car. I'm impressed.

The wheels are so so. Not too bad, it will look nice once it's lowered.

The new body can do 20s.

They sure look sharp on that car!
