About the "copywritten use of 'Mustang' and/or other Ford trademarks" ?? They are now after a small local site up here for it! :bang:

Nope, but it would be pretty crappy if they did... We're not doing anything that would infringe on a copyright though.

Yeah, they are considering going after Michigan Mustangs for the use of the name "Mustang" in their club and told FordFlashBack.com they wanted $10,000 for use of the name Ford.

They should get someone with the name "Ford" to put their name on the ownership of the site. Ford Mo. Co. cannot stop people from using the word FORD since it's a NAME, not just a word THEY made up.

... And Mustang is just a horse. Why can't this site be named after horses that like to run fast???

Now it's time for the US Government to sue Ford, since the Mustang was named to commemorate the P51 Mustang flown in WWII :)
