sprayed ls1 bites the dust....
I happened to catch him from a 30 mph roll twice..no good places to go from a dg even though i wanted to go froma dig......anyways.....
I pulled steadily on him from 30-120ish. he had long tubes, 2800 stall(i know that didnt help him any) ,built auto with a shift kit. oh and a 100shot. This kill was brought to you by my 4 banger 88 mustang with a big hairdryer hanging off the side of the motor;) |
 Priceless!!!
 thats gotta feel good!
i need new drag radials though...wore them down to the cords....so my ls1 killing is gonna have to done from roll in third now.....or im not getting tracton...not with my allseasons anyways...lol

Espace, sorry, would you mind expounding on what setup you have?
Ditto, very curious about the setup as well as I may go the 2.3T route (although I'm really leaning towards a 5.0 or LS1 swap).
I can't wait until my LS1 swap Mustang is painted, has its new wheels, and is prowling the streets of Houston. I'm SOOO CLOSE :D
so what all did the swap require brian?
i'd thought about doin that swap a few times... |
The SVO stangs were nice cars, and can be made to run very good.......they are in my competition level with the shelby chargers. I have only had my arse handed to me by one, and it was only a few tenths difference. With the light weight and that hair dryer on high, you can pull some serious ETs.
They can be made fast...
