Thumbs up

Just thought I'd post a few pictures of my new setup for 2007. I'm hoping to actually make a few passes as soon as I can save up the $$$ for a nice 8 point chrome-moly roll bar --- safety first! Car should be making plenty of power this season and we'll see how things go.

Big thanks to Alain (98Silverstang) for all the work since my work schedule has not allowed me to do anything to the car myself. I've been working to support our troops and literally been putting in 12+ hour days everyday and barely have time to spend with my family. Needless to say, Alain is about one of the only people I'll allow touch it. Not to mention, I am used to doing most of the work myself.

Anyway, here are a few pics and hope you enjoy!

After much debate and arguing with myself, I opted to go ahead and bite the bullet for the reichard racing a/c delete and manual tensioner. I will need this to hold the belt straight for the amount of boost I'll be running :word:

Picture of the Novi 2k with the new 8 rib setup and also upgraded every single place to "T" clamps. Again, I will be running a LOT of boost this time around, therefore, it's critical to keep the piping together:

Pimp *** fuel setup. Long story short, I was running the sumped tank with one Bosch 390/420LPH fuel pump but last dyno run back in April showed that I maxed that one out totally and I was only at 5200rpm. Therefore, I upgraded and added another 390/420LPH fuel pump. Here's a picture of the almost finished setup:

Another photo of the fuel setup. The fuel setup from the sump feeds each individual fuel pump separately , then, runs into a "Y" block and up the car. There is also a fuel filter before each pump and another Aeromotive 100 Micron fuel filter mid-way up the car on the frame rail.

Hope you enjoyed the pics.

Cheers,
Tim
