Alright, buddy has a bolt-on M5 with Nitto 315s on the back. Im doin H/C on my Camaro shortly, and he wants to do something similar. He went 13.88 with stock size street tires and gears, before pullies and exhaust. he wants a solid 12 second car. He is also thinking about a motor swap, maybe a 4v cobra motor. How much work is it to do something of this calibur? Money wise, how much should he save? Also, whats a solid H/Cs setup for a 2v making solid power.
