Is the bottom end of a 2001 5.3liter the same as a ls1 and what kind of good sounding, hp producing, but driveability cam should I use. I have a 1956 chevy truck that I am putting this in but I dont want plugs to keep fouling out and that kind of stuff. Any suggestions???
