SCT's Pro Racer Package Pricing
 

Anybody know ballpark pricing for this software package ??....I'm pretty much addicted to HPTuners but it seems they won't/can't support Ford tuning yet

Check on Modulardepot.com and corral.net there are a couple guys selling the software, that should be able to give you a general idea of cost.

MSRP is $299 for the software, and the XCal2 MSRP's for $479, but contact the SCT dealer you want to purchase it from, to see what their pricing is.

Modulardepot.com is one dealer, who lists pricing on their online shoping cart.

SCT is the best Ford tuning package hands down, but the way you license to tune is completely different, I paid $400, maybe it is $3 now but that gives you the software and database for one model ( I got it for my Terminator) and then on top of that you need to get a flasher to load updates. The flasher is VIN locked, so unless you have the tuner package, the Racer Pro Package just does one car. Your buds can get their own flasher and then you could tune their cars with the PRR, if it is the exact same model, definately not flexible like HP Tuners.

Go here and call up Don LaSota. Tell him that you want the racer package with a Xca2. He'll throw in a training video with the package. Don does the training for MOST of the SCT tuners in the nation.

I paid $349 and got the SCT manual for an additional $150. I got the instructional dvd but haven't watched it all yet.:confused:??????
