Fuel Filter

How often are you supposed to change the fuel filter? I just changed mine for what I think is the first time - I got the car with 96k miles. Whatever was inside the fuel filter stained the concrete! I'm guessing it's supposed to be changed more often than 100k miles.... :twak:

lol... supposed to change it at least every 30k, but nobody does... ;)

15K max. but the fuel here in CA is crap.
