Focus Fuel Pump

What's the power limit to our stock GT fuel systems, and when should I upgrade to a SVT focus pump setup?

The focus fuel pump is said to support 400rwhp without problems.

I will say this though, Ive sprayed a 125 wet shot on my car several times without problems, however, I change my fuel filter regularly because Im dancing on the edge as it is.
