Is the STS the rear mount kit?

I was reading through the NHRA 06 rulebook the other day and noticed it mentioned turbochargers can not be located outside of the engine bay. I'll have to find it and post a link or something. It might have been worded differently but I'm pretty sure that's what it said b/c I remember thinking of the STS rear mount kit that I've seen for the Camaros as soon as I read the rule.

 

STS = rear mount turbo. Not worried about NHRA rules for this particular car
