Forced induction for a carb'd car....

Aside from Paxton's supercharger kits, or the Weiand roots blower, what else is out there for those of us who are running carb'd motors? I've searched around and can't find a damned thing. Any recommendations? I've always had a soft spot for blown 'stangs more than the giggle gas! :)

Oh, and my motor is an 89 longblock.... Just converted to carb for my 86 302 swap car..

There's not TOO much difference between boosting an EFI motor vs. a carb motor. There's a few companies making carb hats, and then you need to replace/modify your carb for blow-thru.

Not too complicated sounding. I'd probably ditch my edelbrock intake and edelbrock carb completely for that new Weiand intake with either a Holley or Demon carb...

Under boost the intake manifold isn't going to make a whole hell of a lot of difference, unless you're talking the n'th percentile on a really maxed out combo. Save your money :)

if using a centrifugal make sure the carb is set up for it or your gunna blow the seals right out on it. some companies make carbs specifically for it too.
