19th Annual Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords Spring Break Shootout Class

NMRA Bradenton, Florida, Event, March 7-10, 2013

The NMRA Keystone Automotive Ford Nationals, the #1 all-Ford motorsport
show in the U.S., is pleased to announce that Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords
will once again join forces with the NMRA to feature the Spring Break
Shootout race at the Nitto Tire NMRA Ford Nationals event at Bradenton
Motorsports Park in Bradenton, FL, March 7-10, 2013. Blow-By Racing has
stepped-up to support Muscle Mustangs and the NMRA as the presenting
sponsor of the Spring Break Shootout class and is offering a bonus BBR $600
product certificate to the winner!

This awesome event, which Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords started back in
1995, features some of the fastest street-style Mustangs in the land
competing for the honor of Spring Break Shootout champion. With easy to
follow rules, the Muscle Mustangs Spring Break Shootout class regularly
attracts over 100 True Street cars competing for a top-16 spot to qualify
for the Shootout.

Spring Break Shootout Class Rules:

The Muscle Mustangs Spring Break Shootout class, presented by Blow-By
Racing, is a heads-up Quick 16 format race that will take place on Sunday,
March 10th, 2013. The Spring Break Shootout race will be open to the
quickest 16 cars that run in NMRA’s TREMEC True Street class (presented by
Muscle Mustangs) on Saturday, March 9th.

To be eligible for the Spring Break Shootout class, competitors must meet
True Street rules, compete in the True Street class on Saturday, and make
all three True Street passes. The sixteen (16) competitors who have the
fastest 3-pass averages will be placed on a sportsman ladder and will race
heads-up on a 4/10 pro tree.

Spring Break Shootout Purses:

Winner: $800 + Plaque + 6' Trophy + $600 Blow-By Racing Product
Certificate

Runner-Up: $400 + Plaque + $400 Blow-By Racing Product Certificate

Semis: $200

Quarters: $100

Eighths: $50

3rd Annual Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords Open House.

On Thursday, March 7th, Muscle Mustangs & Fast Ford magazine is opening its doors for a fun evening of music, food, awesome Fords and cool giveaway items including an SCT tuner, Shelby diecast models, FRPP gears, a case of Royal Purple oil, plus items from Roush, Holley, NOS, and much more. The event is free for everyone and will begin at 4:30 pm at Muscle Mustangs headquarters located at 9036 Brittany Way, Tampa, Florida, 33619.
You’ll get a firsthand look at our Snap-On Tech center where a lot of the action takes place, along our Dynojet 224xLC. Which will be in action. And let’s not forget some MM&FF models showing off their good looks. We will also be giving away free tickets to the NMRA season-opening Spring Break Shootout (March 8-10). Bring out your Ford for a kickin’ car show, and come take part in our giveaways. The event takes place the day before the season-opening NMRA Spring Break Shootout at Bradenton Motorsports Park (just 40 minutes south of our office), and features Tremec True Street, the MM&FF Spring Break Shootout class, plus the Tremec Stick Shift Shootout, where stick drivers can win a new Tremec transmission.
