Default Alignment Adjustments

Long story short. I changed out the entire front suspension. A few years ago I had caster camber plates installed to band-aid my first alignment issue after hitting a curb and bending my wheel. I suspect now that my caster camber plate settings are wrong for the new suspension. The passenger side bolts are fully forward (negative caster) and driver side are fully rearward (positive caster). After adjusting the CC plates the car still pulls to the right and the steering wheel must be at around 2 O'clock to go straight. Should I attempt to adjust the tie-rods or just leave it to the pros?
