The 3V heads also have a different flow of oil over the head, and will not function properly on a 2valve or 4 valve block.
If you want more power definitely get a nice set of 4 valve heads if you have the built bottom end to spin your engine high enough to take advantage of the massive increase in flow #'s

Put it this way, to swap over to 3v heads the wiring harness from an 05+ Mustang GT will have to go with it, this also means the computer as well. The 3v intake has to go with it, you'll have to machine some of the sensor bosses oversize in your 2v block to suit the sensor differences from the new 3v block since youre using that 3v wire harness. There are a host of issues to attend to, it isnt cheap considering the price of just the components.
